Innovation Studio - training classes
You can use any Library Innovation Studio (LIS) equipment at your leisure, after you have been formally certified and trained how to use it properly.

Training classes for each piece of equipment have been scheduled for various dates throughout March. In addition to these afternoon and evening opportunities, library staff can schedule individual training sessions for a time that works for your schedule. Innovation Studio - a maker space for everyone!
The LIS will be at the Geneva Public Library starting February 1 through June 14. It features several different types of equipment that will be free for you to use.  A small inventory of consumables (fabric, metal, wood, and glass) is available for purchase as very reasonable prices.

The Nebraska Library Innovation Studios: Transforming Rural Communities project is supported in part by the Nebraska Library Commission, partnering with the University of Nebraska Lincoln Nebraska Innovation Studio, Nebraska Extension, and Regional Library Systems. The project is funded through a National Leadership Grant awarded by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS grant #LG-95-17-0046-17).
