Geneva Public Library

The Nicolaus Copernicus Foundation arrived at the Geneva Public Library this afternoon for preliminary set up of their equipment and telescopes. They are from an observatory in Poland and plan to view and record the solar eclipse on Monday from the north lawn of the library.
The Foundation invites YOU to stop by Sunday afternoon while they test their equipment, and definitely any time on Monday, to view the sun through their telescopes, ask questions, and learn more about the eclipse.
The library will have solar eclipse glasses available on a first-come, first-served, one-per-person basis at 10 a.m. on Monday. The Copernicus Foundation will also have a few eclipse glasses and eclipse t-shirts available for sale on Monday.
