Due to Library Innovation Studio installation and training, there will be no Teen Activities Group (TAG) or LEGO Night in January.
The library will be open slightly different hours on the following dates:
THURSDAY, JANUARY 24, open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
TUESDAY, JANUARY 29, open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Nebraska Library Innovation Studio A maker camp for EVERYONE, the Nebraska Library Innovation Studio will be at the Geneva Public Library starting February 1 through June 14. The Studio will feature several different types of equipment that will be free for you to use, you only pay for the consumable products or materials that you want to create with, such as fabric, metal, wood, glass, etc.
Here is a brief list of the equipment that will be a available as part of the Studio. Click on the individual titles to go to a detailed page about the equipment and project ideas.
If you are interested in being part of the volunteer team in using the equipment AND showing others in our community how to use the equipment, please contact Sarah at the library, at 402-759-3416.
One paid Studio Intern will be hired in January. If you are a high school or college student and interested in becoming a Studio Intern, please complete this EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION or contact Sarah at the library for further information.
