The Large Meeting Room, in the basement, offers seating for 50 and a dozen 6 foot tables, although more can be added.  The room can be arranged to suit your needs. The meeting room has a ceiling-mounted projector with an HDMI connector for laptops (laptop not provided) or you may use the desktop PC available in the room.  Also available is a sound system with a variety of microphones; DVD player; CD player; doubled sided marker board; easel; and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and sink. The Large Meeting Room is available during, and outside of, regular library hours.
