Learn more about the great outdoors by participating in this workshop. Free to attend (thanks to partial funding from the Fillmore County Foundation). Open to all youth! For youth in 5th to 12th grade. Come to the Behavioral Health Group Room on Tuesday, June 29 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. to connect with their peers, support one another and have fun. Enjoy a space where everyone is welcome. You can hang out with friends, participate in fun activities, and maybe learn a little something along the way! Smacks and drinks will be available. Activity: Glitter Jars & Kindness Messages. Topics that will be covered: Basic mental health hygiene tips, adequate sleep, basic coping skills, technology responsibility, mindfulness, being an ally, how to access resources, kindness.
